All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Application (excluding user-generated local configurations) remain the exclusive property of Jean Couture.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Developer does not guarantee that the Application will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jean Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application.

Grant of License This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Jean Couture for the mobile application Auto Clicker-Auto Tap & Swipe ("Application"). Jean Couture grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on compatible devices that you own or control. 2. Restrictions on Use You shall not: Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application. Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
